Modified from thingiverse, I remixed this design to fit the reprap Y-carriage plate upgrade perfectly. It's a 3mm thick plate that works amazingly well and doesn't wobble loose during prints at all. Additionally, I added an extension version that lifts the camera mount up by 15mm for a clearer view of taller prints.
