Maker Select 2.1 / Wanhao Thumbwheel Bed Leveling covers

I've tried out several thumbwheels, but none of them seem quite right. I prefer the original adjustment wheels that came with my Monoprice Maker Select - they have a solid feel to them that the printed ones lack. However, I had two problems with the originals: My fingers kept slipping off the splining on the outside of the wheel, and I consistently turned it the wrong way (yes, I know lefty loosey, but it's all about perspective). This thumbwheel cover is my attempt to address those issues while still maintaining the weighty feel of the originals.
