Maker Pipe Mini Adustable
cults3d
EDIT: I did not create this on Cults, but rather Thingiverse, and the latest version of this model has been updated there. Well, I took a crack at remixing the Maker Pipe Minis to get a working Adjustable. I think it worked! You can be the judge. My 3D model has a few “scars” from the T and 180 minis that I used as a platform, but I just printed it in PETG and it worked great. I am sure it would also work fine in PLA. Here are a few specs: Same compatible dimensions for coffee stirrers (tested, works great). Made the hinge out of what is basically a compressed through hole from a 180, T, etc. The mating part uses partial sphere “bumps” which you snap over the hole for a friction fit. Holds an angle in the air. If you want it to be solid, a drop of CA glue would do the trick. Hinge works in full 180 degrees, so you can model parallel conduit. Printed in upright position, so no supports Because of number 5 above, one of the parts has a flatter side so it does not come off the print bed. I will upload an STL file shortly to Thingiverse as a remix. Mine uses mm dimensions, but originals were imported into TinkerCAD in inches, since I read that was an issue for some people. Please try them out and make improvements if you want. Perhaps there are better ways, but this seemed like the simplest.
