Maker Faire Robot Swag (Spinning Top and Fob)

Maker Faire Robot Swag (Spinning Top and Fob)

thingiverse

I designed two basic models specifically for use with injection molding. The designs were created to serve as giveaway items at Maker Faire Milwaukee 2016, produced on-site during the event through injection molding techniques. One model is a spinning top shaped like Makey, the Maker Faire Robot. View the spinning top in action here: https://www.instagram.com/p/BIkhHFah_7y/?taken-by=scorch_works The other design is a Makey fob that can be used as a zipper pull, keychain, or anything else people might choose to use it for. To modify these designs for 3D printing, I've included the OpenSCAD file and DXF files used to create them.
