Makelangelo's official website can be found at http://makelango.com/. The machine has been featured on Makezine and Hackaday, and it is described as a 3D printer with training wheels due to its absence of dangerous features while still using the same technology for only a tenth of the price. You can purchase the kit from the site or create your own at home by downloading printable parts. Additional robot-related items can be found at http://marginallyclever.com/. On 2015-01-20, the pen holder DXF was added. For assembly instructions, please refer to the GitHub project wiki. The motor mount DXF was added on 2013-01-13, and outdated parts were removed. In 2012-08-01, screw holes were changed to M3 for easier assembly. On 2012-08-05, the motor mount v2 was introduced with fewer parts and limit switch holes. Separate items on Thingiverse were consolidated at that time as well. The bobbin was added with permission from Loial Otter on 2012-09-11. Motor Mount v2 was turned for easier printing on 2012-09-19.
