Previously, a model called 'Walking Woman (MakeHuman)' was shared, which was created using free software like MakeHuman and Blender. To integrate MakeHuman models into Solidworks, an initial attempt was made. First, the model was crafted in MakeHuman; then it was exported to FBX format. Subsequently, FBX file was imported to Simlab, where it was divided into 11 parts and each part was exported as STL files. These STL files were further imported into Solidworks as surfaces, and materials were applied to them before they were saved as individual parts. Afterward, these parts were combined to create an assembly which was subsequently exported in IGES, STEP, and Parasolid formats. The model was then rendered using Simlab Composer, employing both FBX from MakeHuman and SLDASM from Solidworks. The model is available for use in FBX, Simlab Composer 7, Solidworks 2016, STEP, IGES, and Parasolid formats.
