Make it Climb In days of yore, when batteries were innovations hovering on the horizon, kids found fascinating moving toys under the Christmas tree. Energy was supplied by either gravity or kids' hands. Some examples of climbing toys that scale up can be seen at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1918477, http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1916782 and http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1930503 In this thing, we will create a tumbling down the ladder toy. A tumbler climbing down a diagonal ladder. The diagonal ladder is printed as well. For printing, rotate the ladder along the z-axis over 45 degrees to position it diagonally on the bed. Ensure that the rungs face the print bed. The slots in the tumbler must be able to slide freely along the rungs with minimal friction and the rungs should rotate smoothly within the cylindrical openings in the tumbler. The tumbler can be decorated with a smiling monkey or, in this case, a smiley.
