A Rhino head 3D model, either scanned from a hand-sculpted clay maquette or created using ZBrush, is designed for decorating kids' safari environments or as props. The model is sliced into sections with Carvewright's STL software and exported to g-code for CNC machining. After carving, the sections are glued and sanded smooth. Finally, a polymer resin hardcoat is applied, followed by airbrushing and detailing with water-based paints. The model is made of standard EPS foam, and an example 3D model (Gargoyle) is provided in high definition format for further sculpting or manipulation using 3D software like ZBrush or similar that can import .stl files.
