Makarvex - The Makita jigsaw adaptor for Festool rail

This is a custom adaptor plate designed specifically for my Makita jigsaw, enabling it to run seamlessly on the back of the Festool rail. I am absolutely thrilled with my Festool equipment, but the Carvex is an exorbitant expense here in Australia, even by Festool standards! I created this adaptable plate for my $100 Makita Jigsaw so that I can make precise straight cuts. Primarily, I use it for making perfect finishing plunge cuts with my TS55 track saw. In addition to the adaptor plate, I have also included a versatile adaptor for the standard Festool 27 mm hose to be connected directly to the Makita Jigsaw. For reference purposes, the jigsaw in question is a Makita 4329 (https://www.makita.com.au/products/power-tools/platform/corded-power-tools/jigsaws/4329-d-handle-jigsaw). Although this adaptor should fit other Makita jigsaws, you will need to try it out yourself as I do not have access to any others. Please leave a comment if it fits your specific model. To assemble the entire setup, all you need in addition to the prints is 2 x M4 6mm nuts. As an added bonus, these M4 nuts fit perfectly with the Allen key that's conveniently carried on the jigsaw. Please note that this design and testing were specifically tailored for the Festool rail. However, I have also included a beta version designed for the Makita rail. Due to limitations, I was unable to test it thoroughly, so please leave a comment to let me know how well it fits your specific requirements.
