Majora's ppe Mask - Scaled, Sliced for printing.

**Not intended for actual protective use.** **Majora's Mask PPE Shield.** --------------------- I loved the original design, but it was too large and impractical to print. Now with my imperfect paint job. So I removed all of the spikes and created a system to reattach them. I made a chart, but you can't really make a mistake. The unique spike positions will make any errors obvious. You might need some sanding on the bands next to the spikes to get them to fit properly. As shown, my spikes are not glued in place because they fit so well, but you should glue them before painting or wearing outside. I measured my face and scaled it down to fit comfortably and now it fits on a standard 200x200 printer. I uploaded it as a complete model, and as just the mask and just the spikes separately. The mask is designed to minimize support material. Use a brim to ensure the supports don't move during printing. I recommend Cura Tree supports. I used 3-layer thick walls and 10% infill to make it strong yet lightweight. There's no way to attach it, of course, and you'll want some kind of fabric behind the holes to actually filter out what comes in. I suggest gluing straps behind the top spike where the mask sticks out a bit more. ----------------------- **SIZING**: I have a large head (I wear XXL hats). It fits my face well at its current size. I roughly measured from cheek to cheek right in front of the ears and measured 6 inches (152mm). I gave it some extra space for fudging and fabric padding, ending up with 160mm inside space as shown in the picture. You'll want to do the same rough scaling down to your face size. Scale the whole thing equally so if you're printing the separates, scale the spikes the same amount as the mask. If you get pretty small child-size faces, the spike attachment method might need some help with sanding.
