As part of my ongoing series on recreating WDW’s Main Street USA as an outdoor train feature, here is an another (approximately) O-scale replica. This is the Main Street Emporium, and trying to get it all printed on my CR10 V2 darn near killed off the hobby for me. The end result took months of off time and who knows how many ruined prints. The files included are not split any further down than into four chunks. In the end, I bought a resin printed and searched for new ways forward. Hence, this is the last design I completed with FDM printing in minds (i.e. larger bricks, blunter features, etc.) As usual, some bad scaling snuck through to the final design (namely the roof and the second floor are completely out of scale with each other).
