I am submitting my entry for the NASA Challenge titled "Human-Rated Spacecraft 3D Printing Process Animation." You can find the challenge at this link: https://grabcad.com/challenges/nasa-challenge-human-rated-spacecraft-3d-printing-process-animation. This facility boasts a sophisticated production line that systematically constructs entire module sections, ranging from fuel tanks and capsules to heat shields. The implementation of this line is seamless, spanning 12-20 meters or more, and is primed for constructing future launch vehicles. Equipped with a telescopic crane robot, the production line features three robot arms outfitted with triple toolset mounts that can perform various specialized tasks, such as welding metal or plastic, carbon weaving, CNC operations, and hoisting claws for lifting and support work. This ingenious robot is capable of self-resupplying when raw materials run low during production. Transport platforms in the facility boast a 360-degree rotating disk that seamlessly moves complete module sections throughout the production process.
