I designed a mailbox in Solidworks, then laser cut the components from 1/4 inch birch plywood. The laser cutting process took approximately 25 minutes to complete all the parts. This mailbox is intended for pole-mounted installation, although I haven't yet created that component, so it's a potential future design project. I've also included Keyshot renderings and real-life photos, along with a drawing for reference purposes.
