This is a no-frills solution to a common problem - my mailbox's plastic pull had snapped, so I created a straightforward replacement that leverages the same plastic clip as the original design. It turns out many mailboxes share this design, which is why I was able to find a universal repair kit; however, this DIY fix was quicker and more budget-friendly. To ensure durability, print with ABS or a similar material (PLA won't withstand outdoor conditions for long), then apply a coat of paint for UV protection.
