A set of printable numbers, combined side by side, yields a durable number sign for your mailbox. Combine the printed numbers to create a single plaque if desired. After printing, measure the total width and print a top rail to that exact width and a bottom rail to the width plus 1/2 inch. Rail Caps fit over the longer bottom rail with holes for easy mounting. Assemble the parts and use glue to secure the top and bottom rails to the assembled numbers. Mount the Rail Caps on top of your mailbox using the provided mounting holes. Added a Flush Mount Cap option for mounting on the side of the mailbox or wall. To create this feature, print two top rails 1/2 inch longer than the total width of the numbers and two Flush Mount Caps for the set. Updated the Rail Cap design to include proper geometry at each end. This updated design ensures optimal functionality. To ensure successful printing, use the following settings: Printer brand: MakerBot Printer model: MakerBot Replicator Z18 Rafts: Not necessary Supports: None required Resolution: 0.2mm Infill percentage: 10% After assembly, apply a piece of ultra-bright plastic-coated reflective tape to the backside of the number sign for enhanced visibility at night. This upgrade replaces the previous sprayed-on reflective coating that had lost its effectiveness over time.
