Mailbox Flag
thingiverse
In rural New England, it's no surprise that plastic mailbox flags frequently break down during the harsh winter months. If you're looking for a replacement, this OpenSCAD file allows you to customize and print your own house number-bearing flag. Red PLA is an excellent choice, but be aware that you'll need a 1/4"x1" hex bolt, one nylon nut, and two washers, all 1/4", to securely attach it to the mailbox. Simply tighten them enough to keep the flag firmly in place.
