Mailbox Flag
thingiverse
The mailbox flag is held securely in place by two screws, which are attached with washers or nuts. The exact type of screw used is unclear, but the thread diameter was approximately 5 millimeters and the head diameter was roughly 8 millimeters. A small nub on the flag helps to keep it upright, ensuring a smooth and even operation. When printing this design, I found that a layer height of 0.2 millimeters produced optimal results. If you encounter any difficulties sliding the flag into place, you may need to file down the nub slightly to achieve proper alignment.
