Mail slot flap for 12" x 3" mail slot opening. Print both left and right pieces, and two bracket pieces. (One pack may fit in your printer's build area.) 40% infill makes solid brackets and a weighted flap. Pins need some smoothing with a knife after printing. But they work smoothly once smoothed. Print Settings Printer: Hictop Prusa Mendel i3 clone Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 40% Notes: Print at 60mm/sec, use 40% infill for strength and 0.2mm layer height. Post-Printing Assembly Glue the two flap halves together. Smooth down pivot pins with sandpaper. Hang on the door using the provided brackets. (See picture.)
