Mail box flag. Mailbox flag. Some mailboxes letterboxes can raise a flag to have their mail collected by the postie. May save going out to post mail. Simply post your own mail in your mailbox and raise the flag for the postie to collect it. "Some areas have this system." Print notes. Fairly simple print, use at your own risk as is. I'd print each piece individually, maybe to start. Print the flag once and the clamp twice, once to hold the flag down and once to hold the flag up. Secure with self-tapping screws to the mailbox, allowing the flag to move freely. 120mm by 70mm approximately - ballpark size, that's the flag. Flat bottom prints, holes in the print don't go all the way through so the first layer on the build plate has no holes, I usually do this to suit my current printer. Also, it stabilizes the entire print during printing often. Settings I'd use are: PLA 195°C extruder temperature 0.28 layer height 20% infill HBP 35°C Bye for now and be well.
