Mahavira, a spiritual master from Jainism, was born in 1470 AD in Jnn, Gujarat, India, and represents the 24th tirthankara of this ancient Indian religion. A museum in Brussels, Belgium, proudly displays a bronze statue of Mahavira, created using ReMake and ReCap software from AutoDesk. Jainism, also known as Jain Dharma, is an ancient Indian faith that has been around for centuries. Followers of Jainism are called Jains, a name derived from the Sanskrit word jina, which means "victory" or "conquering life's stream of rebirths through ethics and spirituality." Jains believe in the path of twenty-four victorious saviors and teachers known as Tirthankaras, with Rishabhanatha being the first and Mahavira being the last around 500 BCE.
