Hobbymachinist's design is awesome, but I found that an open hose was not giving me the suction I wanted, so I decided to design a nozzle. After a few design attempts I cut the end off of one of them on the table saw and came up with what worked best for me, so I drew it up. I also cut the wings off of his base to make it accommodate this model. I used CA glue to glue the 2 parts together. (I was going to make it one piece, but its much easier to print in 2 parts and just glue together)
