<p>This is for the Magswitgh 150<br>Since the Magswitch mounting height is 3/4" and I use Baltic Birch (which is only 18mm) for my jigs which makes the switch sits proud of the base by 1.05 mm which is not a good thing. So I made a couple of shims.<br>1 is contoured to the match the Magswitch body and the other is a plain square shim that fits the body of the Magswitch but is square on the outside larger than the switch itself.</p><p><br>printer settings</p><p>nozzle .4</p><p>resolution .2</p><p>Nozzle temp 230</p><p>heat bed 85</p><p>Print with 3-4 perimeters PETG or ABS.<br>20-35% infill<br>no supports<br>A shim setup for the Magswitch 95 can be found here<br> </p><p> </p>
