Magshift for ClubSport steering wheel (Porsche 918 RSR)

I designed this magshift after my brother bought a new steering wheel for his simracing. He wanted to have a magshift, but the prices for off-the-shelf modules were astronomical ;) Printing: I printed all parts with 100% infill, even though you would probably get away with way less for magshift.stl and lever_part.stl For assembly you will need the following parts & tools: - fanatec ClubSport steering wheel (duh) - 4 m3x10 screws - 4 m3 locknuts - glue - 15x3mm and/or 10x2mm neodyme magnets (read below for amount needed) Depending on which strength magnets you want to use, you will need the following magnets: - lever_part.stl needs 2 cylindrical Neodyme magnets size 15x3mm - magnet_strength 1 needs 3 cylindrical Neodyme magnets size 10x2mm - magnet_strength 2 needs 1 cylindrical Neodyme magnets size 15x3mm - magnet_strength 3 needs 2 cylindrical Neodyme magnets size 15x3mm Assembly: Subassemblies - Print cap_for_magnets.stl and magnet_strength_X.stl two times - Insert the magnets and glue on the cap - Print lever_part.stl and cap_for_lever_part.stl two times - Insert the magnets and glue on the cap - Print magshift.stl two times Installation - Screw the lever_part assemblies to the paddle shifters with the rounded side facing inwards using the m3 bolts and nuts - undo the m5 screw on the steering wheels case using an allen key - remove the nut from the m5 screw - insert the magshift into the hole in the case - insert the m5 screw you just removed through the hole in the magshift part and tighten it - put the nut back on the m5 screw and tighten it to fix the magshift to the case - insert the magnet of desired strength into the magshift Have fun :)
