Magsafe Power Adapter Cable Saver Version 2

On March 21st, 2016, I revamped my website, which had been dormant for nearly two years. After investing time in refining it, I'm pleased with the result - it's simple and informative. Please visit http://www.designique.co to explore all MagSavior products and a new Google Cardboard variant (pending certification). Ever had your MacBook's MagSafe power adapter blow away, only to realize that the joining part of the adapter and cable has a kink inside? That's because the negative shielding has worn off, causing increased electrical stress on the adapter. You may hear the "POP" sound one day. If you want to prolong your MagSafe's lifespan before searching for a fix, check out my site! I've made improvements to my MagSafe Cable Saver, making it easy to attach with two cable ties and using double-sided adhesive for the base. For 3D drawing enthusiasts, I've created an instructable at http://www.instructables.com/id/Apple-Magsafe-Power-Adapter-Cable-Saver/. Your feedback is appreciated! Don't forget to visit my Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/DesigniqueCo. For printing instructions, use ABS with 10% infill, shell = 1, and layer height 0.2. Due to varying cable thicknesses, scale the print at 1.02 for a better fit. I've attached photos to help with installation. PLA might be too brittle, and remember that the 4mm diameter hole in the flank can accommodate a cable tie for added grip. Let me know if you have any feedback!
