Magsafe (magnetic) iPhone holder for Mazda 6 vents

<p>I wanted a magnetic (magsafe) car phone holder, which holds great in my car.</p><p>It works with iPhone 12 or 13 (including pro and pro max).</p><p>You'll need:</p><ul><li>28 pcs of 5x5mm neodymium magnets</li><li>one M6 bolt (16mm) with regular nut or a 20mm + a spacer.</li></ul><p>I embedded the magnetes, so you'll have to stop the print when it reaches to top layer of the hole for the magnets. Than with a drop of glue insert all the magnets in the right orientation. THE ORIENTATION IS VERY IMPORTANT. Try out first on your phone and mark them. Put some magnets on the back of your phone. You'll notice, that there is two rings with opposit polarity around the apple logo. You'll have to mark 14 magnets for one orientation (polarity) and 14 with the opposite.</p><p>In the ball part I have embedded an M6 nut to make the neck much stronger. So you'll have to stop the print there aswell and put in the nut.</p><p>You'll have to use supports for the screw around the ballhead as seen on the pictures.</p><p>When the print is ready, put in the M6 bolt to it's hole and cover it with the “bottom cover” piece.</p><p>I have added the prusaslicer project file for Prusa Mini+. Please have a look at it even when you don't have a Mini, because it makes the settings clear.</p>
