Magnifying glass stand
thingiverse
Stand for a magnifying glass - it works well, allowing you to keep your hands free while working under the glass. First try, the design might change later. Edited to version 2: After using it, I found that the stand lacked stability for my largest magnifying glasses - I added this "backbone" to increase stability. I printed it separately and glued it to the existing part. If you want to print a combined part, note that the slot in the backbone has some play because it was intended to be glued onto the main part. Fill up the slot before merging the parts. Printer Settings: Printer: Velleman Vertex K8400 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: At least 30% Notes: Printed with a brim, positioned flat on the bed with the design's z-axis.
