Magnifying Glass Lens Holder

I was sitting at my desk, being productive and minding my own business when a coworker burst in, excitedly announcing "Hey 3E8! You design things! I ripped these lenses out of an old Sony projector - turn them into magnifying glasses!" I turned to face them slowly, looking slightly annoyed, and said "Okay..." (typical office drama). 24 hours later, I printed it out and all was right with the world. The lens dimensions are: 85.9mm in diameter 6mm convex protrusion on one side 4mm edge thickness 10mm convex protrusion on the other side I created two versions - one for high-resolution printers that can print with 0.1mm accuracy or better, and another for low-resolution printers like my Flashforge, which has a resolution of only 0.3mm. Print the version that best fits your printer. Then, slide the frame around the lens (making sure it rests between the channels); screw the handle onto the frame and you're good to go! March 18th, 2018 update: I added a skirted low-resolution version because I found that my Flashforge couldn't handle the narrow footprint of the original model. March 26th, 2018 update: I added a long-handled version (MagGlassHolderSetHiRes2.stl) with the following dimensions: 94.1mm in diameter 3.4mm convex protrusion on one side 12.3mm edge thickness 6mm convex protrusion on the other side This is for the other set of lenses that come in the same projector, made of plastic and coupled together to make a dual convex assembly.
