Magnifying Glass Handle
prusaprinters

My dad had a magnifying glass where the handle broke so I made this replacement one. I utilized the customizable handle below for the grip.

Customized version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:46404

Created with Customizer! http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=46404

Instructions

Print the ring and grip. Sand the tabs of the ring at a slight angle and insert tabs into the hole in grip. It's a tight fit and seems to be holding fine with just the pressure of the tabs.

Customizer options for grip:

Grip_Smoothness = 20

Hole_Shape = 4

Percent_Grip_Depth = 50

build_plate_manual_y = 200

build_plate_manual_x = 200

Grip_Radius = 3.0

Handle_Top_Diameter = 25

Grip_Elements = 12

Handle_Height = 100

Hole_Diameter = 21.9

Guard_Edge_Thickness = 15

Guard_Diameter = 25

Hole_Depth = 15

Handle_Neck_Diameter = 20

Neck_Height = 5

build_plate_selector = 3
Category: Household
