Magnetic whiteboard model featuring markers. Production-ready 3D asset, ready to be used in your project, comes with high-quality PBR materials and textures that are provided separately in the package. The model is designed to have quads-only geometry, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience without any potential issues caused by tris/ngons. The package includes several formats for easy import into different software: FBX and OBJ for 3D modeling tools, BLEND scenes for Blender users with Cycles or Eevee materials enabled, and PNG images with alpha channels for further editing. The model consists of six meshes and three PBR materials that have been carefully created to provide a realistic look and feel. The UV unwrapping process has been done meticulously to ensure non-overlapping UV layouts are provided in the package. Image textures and UV layout maps come in high resolution, 2048x2048 pixels. PBR textures were made using Substance Painter for maximum detail and realism. This model has a polygonal structure with only quads, no tris/ngons, resulting in 12850 vertices and 12768 quad faces (or 25536 triangles). The real-world dimensions are provided to ensure accurate scale in your project. The scene is set up in Blender 3D using metric units with a scale of 0.01. All objects have been uniformly scaled for easy use in your project.
