Magnetic Vent Cover - fits 4-inch inline vent fan

This is a remix of hotbrass's [Magnetic Vent Cover](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4655600) made to fit over a [4-inch inline duct fan](https://a.co/d/2dHZDmf). My ventilation system uses PrintableScience's [3D Printed Window Venting System](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4094387) with the 4-inch inline duct fan connected to his window vent. I then edited hotbrass's magnetic vent cover to slip over the duct fan so I could easily connect and disconnect a vent hose to it. I added the cover so there wouldn't be a hole to the outside when I wasn't using the vent. I've included files for 2 different ways of printing the cover. It can be printed all as one part (will require extensive supports most likely) or as 3 separate parts: the handle, the base, and the dowel connectors.
