IntroductionThis is a magnetic small parts tray, wrist mounted via 22mm nato watch strap. It holds small magnetic items like screws, fasteners, and springs during assembly/disassembly. If you are doing repairs on electronic devices or assembling small machines like 3D printers, this could come in handy.I used this one, but just about any 22mm nato strap should fit:https://www.amazon.com/INFANTRY-Canvas-Fabric-Stainless-Buckle/dp/B00B23NIOY/ref=sr_1_6?crid=D5G3NZXZYIQX&dchild=1&keywords=nato+strap+22mm&qid=1634573315&sprefix=nato+stra%2Caps%2C260&sr=8-6 Materialsprinted parts2x neodymium magnet 10x30x3mmnato strap 22mm or narroweroptional: supergluePrint InstructionsThe provided .3mf and .gcode files are optimized to be printed from PETG on a Prusa MINI+ The support settings were chosen to make the supports peel off easily without damaging the underside of the print. If your e-steps are calibrated correctly, this should also work on your machine. If it doesn't, you might have to tweak the settings for bridge flow ratio (~0.7) and bridges fan speed (~85%) a bit. The settings mentioned here worked perfectly for me, but your mileage may vary. Here are some of the settings I used in the provided files:Layer height: 0.2mmPerimeters: 2Infill: 100% for strength, less might be acceptable, depending on use caseBridge flow ratio: 0.7Bridges fan speed: 85%Supports: support on build plate onlycontact z distance: 0.1mminterface layers: 4interface loops: yes Assembly InstructionsPrepare materials:Align magnets:Feed strap through one lug of the main body and cover, install magnets. The magnets should clamp themselves in place on the middle wall.Close cover, optionally secure cover with superglue. I found the strap itself secures the cover well enough, so I didn't use glue.Feed strap through second lug and fold down short part of the strapFeed the long part of the strap through the metal ring at the end of the short strap.Done! You can now put it on your wrist like a normal wrist watch! Enjoy!
