Magnetic Shelf

I'm looking for a shelf that can attach to my metal pegboard using strong magnets. It would also work on a flat fridge or any other metal surface, I imagine. The shelf itself is 200mm x 100mm in size. The back plate is a sturdy 30mm high and holds five powerful neodymium magnets that are 12mm x 2mm each. To secure these magnets in place, you can use super glue or epoxy.
