Magnetic Pill Box

When printing boxes in PLA, securing the lid can be a challenging task due to PLA's limited flexibility. To overcome this issue, I've developed an effective solution using magnets and washers in a pill box design. The magnets employed are 6 mm in diameter and 4mm deep, while the washers measure 7 mm in diameter by 0.5mm deep. For added stability, these components are securely fastened to the box with Araldite. As a result, the lid fits loosely, making it easy to snap shut once the magnets and washers are properly positioned. This design concept has inspired me to experiment with creating a pen and pencil box using a similar approach.
