Magnetic PCB Holder - Embedded Magnets

Influenced by Sneakypoo's work, I decided to create a new magnetic PCB holder for soldering tasks. The nylon print showcases a pair of jaws that securely hold PCBs in place. Additionally, this design can also be made using ABS or PLA materials. To assemble the holder, first, visualize the g-code (using Netfabb or Pleasant3D) to determine the pause points for inserting the neodymium magnets. If you're using Sailfish firmware, utilize the Pause and ZPos feature. The cavities designed for magnet placement are 3.34mm above the base plane, aiding in proper pause positioning. However, be cautious of variations due to slicer settings. Austin's input is helpful here. Each neodymium magnet has a diameter of 0.5 inches and a thickness of 0.1 inch, providing strong magnetic force.
