I remixed the original design so there are three slots for 2 magnets glued together each 2x10mm cylindrical (i don't really know if 2 magnets are any better than one, but it works fine like this). If you want to change the desing, the FreeCAD project file is attached as well. Also i created a simple design for the rod used as axis for the flipper (just in case you don't have any 3mm filament lying around).
