This is an upgrade of the Nespresso Capsule Holder that enables magnetic attachment.\nAdditionally, I made adjustments to the bottom part for easier capsule release.\nDesigned to utilize neodymium magnets with 6mm diameter and 1.5mm height (eight pieces can be found by searching online).\nMake sure to use neodymium magnets, as other types may not provide sufficient strength and cause the support to become slippery.\nChanges:\nUpdated the source file to FreeCAD 0.17 with minor modifications.\n\nPrint Settings\nRafts: \n Unnecessary\n \n Supports: \n Not Required\n \n Resolution: \n 0.2mm Precision\n \n Infill: \n Twenty Percent Density After printing, simply attach the magnets with a suitable adhesive; they should fit snugly together. I employed superglue, but it took several hours for them to bond properly. A better adhesive may be available. How I Designed This I created these modifications using FreeCAD and you can modify its file to suit your needs. For example, you can easily change the size of the magnet holes and their placement by editing "BtMagnetHolesSketch" and "TpMagnetHolesSketch" (it is recommended that you refine the part before exporting it as a .stl file).
