These 3D components are specifically engineered for a Magnetic Lever Pendulum Electric Generator. This innovative concept leverages a lever and fulcrum system to effortlessly move a substantial mass of permanent magnets. By arranging the lever, fulcrum, and magnets into a pendulum configuration, this setup enjoys the added benefit of gravity assisting the movement during each swing. The mechanical advantage offered by the lever and fulcrum enables the efficient transfer of force required to move a large weight of magnets. This arrangement provides an ideal platform for harnessing the energy generated by the pendulum's motion. In this design, the lever is crafted as a scotch yoke with a wheel featuring a pin that's installed in it, driven by a motor. As the wheel rotates, the pin moves up and down through the notch of the scotch yoke, thereby propelling the pendulum back and forth. The 3D components feature holes measuring 1/2 inch in diameter and 1/2 inch in thickness to accommodate a set of four circular magnets. The fulcrum point is precisely designed to fit snugly into a 608z size skate bearing. Additionally, a set of magnet wire coils will be strategically placed so that the magnets can swing back and forth through them, generating electricity. These 3D components were meticulously designed using the free software package eMachineShop.
