This is a replacement latch for the Drazztic Action/Tabsynth enclosure for a Lulzbot Mini Print Settings Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer: Mini Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: Standard settings in Cura Notes: I was reprinting the hinges and clips for the enclosure in Lulzbot Green ABS, so I decided to change the latch that holds the door shut. The original one was hard to turn, so I made a new one that latches with magnets. There is a small bridge/overhang in the piece that holds the nut, but it still came out fine without support material. You can reuse the original bolt and nut. I used 6mm diameter and 4mm high neodymium magnets. The holding strength was N45, I'm pretty sure of that - I bought these a long time ago! I glued the magnets in place with cyanoacrylate (superglue). Make sure you align them correctly or it will push the door open instead of holding it shut. I didn't glue the magnetholder onto the acrylic with superglue, though. Instead, I used thin double-sided tape. Superglue can leave stains and I want to be able to replace it if needed. That's all! And thanks to Drazztic Action for a great enclosure! You can find other spare parts here: http://www.thingiverse.com/DrazzticAction/designs *EDIT: It goes without saying, but you have to rotate the parts in Cura so they're flat on the bed... They export differently in Fusion 360 for some reason.
