<p>I found this design here in Prusaprinters.org.</p><p>It happens that had a need for this device to combine my car and home keys.</p><p>Thanks to “makes 170” for sharing the Fusion360 file. So I could adapt it to the size of magnets I had available in my workshop.<br>I also corrected the position in the top part. It is now automatically in the middle of the top cylinder .</p><p>Also I corrected and parametrized the offset of the support ring. It is still 0.2 mm, but now changeable in the parameters.</p><p>I tried to add a support in the middle. This was not a success. So I disabled it in the Fusion file.</p><p>The magnet size is 8x5 mm round.</p><p>I also added a version for a 6x2 round magnet. I could not remove the designed support.So the provided stl is without designed support. It is best to slice it with “support from the build plate”.</p><p>I printed with Prusa PLA and 0.1 mm resolution</p><p> </p><p>My stl, print files and modified Fusion file is attached.</p><p>I will add a photo soon.</p>
