I drew inspiration from the saiyanslayer's work and crafted my own custom piece using FreeCAD, which I've included as a source file - feel free to experiment with it! I relied on 3x1mm neodymium magnets purchased from eBay ($10 with shipping for 500 pieces). Tips and Tricks Begin by creating a test print, making any necessary adjustments to the scale based on tolerance tightness. I opted for a 0.2mm layer height to balance speed and quality. Once complete, allow sufficient cooling time to prevent warping. Install magnets on opposite sides with alternating polarity - failure to do so may result in problems. To secure the magnets, apply a drop of CA glue if they become loose during assembly. I utilized a variety of colors for the central tiles (001 and 1xx), including distinct ones.
