Magnetic Hex connector for Axolote Hex

Inspired by Maghex, I created a magnetic system compatible with the Axolote Hex tile system. Fusion 360 model available here. This design uses 5x2mm magnets, which can be purchased inexpensively from China. It incorporates seven magnets per connector and one per top-facing tile. To ensure sufficient magnet supply for your desired number of tiles, I recommend ordering 2000 magnets to have a surplus for the top-facing Axolote tiles as well. Remember to insert the magnets with opposite polarity; otherwise, they will repel instead of attracting each other. The magnets should be "press to fit," eliminating the need for glue. If you're using this system with Axolote hex tiles, you'll need to glue a magnet or metal washer underneath each top-facing tile (see example images). Although it takes time to fit all the magnets, the effort is worthwhile. Setting up and tearing down scenarios become very easy when the magnets snap everything together. Update 1.2: Added holes for magnet removal in case of an error. Included a small chamfer to prevent elephant-foot syndrome. Update 1.1: Fixed one missing rounded corner.
