Magnetic hex bit holder
thingiverse
I'm constantly juggling multiple hex bits at work, so I created a compact holder for my pocket to keep everything organized. This handy device can store four standard 1/4" bits and one Torx50 bit that's specifically designed for 5/16". It also features a small hole for attaching a leash. To assemble the design, you'll need to insert three strong magnets measuring 10x2 mm during the printing process. I utilize the color change function on my PrusaSilcer printer, which temporarily pauses the print and repositions the printhead out of the way. The walls and tolerances are carefully designed for optimal performance with a 0.4 mm nozzle and 0.15 mm layer height.
