Magnetic Mounting Tabs for Glass Printbed - Farewell Clips! Steel Balls Provide Consistent Contact with Glass Every Time. Customize Your Machine Using the Included SCAD File. Only Steel Balls Should Make Contact with the Bottom of the Glass Plate. Glue Steel Balls and Tab Magnets First. Install Tabs on Your Machine. The Balls Should Be Higher Than Two Magnets, Plus a Small Gap, Stuck Together. Add a Shim (2-3 Sheets of Paper) Cut to Shape Between the Two Magnets for a Thin Gap. Stick Another Magnet on Top of the Tab Magnet, Sandwiching the Shim in Place. Place Glass on This Setup. It Should Be Slightly Higher Than the Balls, Barely Touching Them. If Not, Add More Shims and Glue Glass on Top of the Second Set of Magnets When Dry.
