Magnetic Gift Box (58 X 26 X 17mm internal space) Custom-built to perfectly house a decorative USB stick purchased as a gift. Designed with an intricately transparent abs exterior and honeycomb fill that seems deceptively inviting, but also presents a minor puzzle for anyone unfamiliar with the design before attempting to open it. The ideal time frame for this project approaches Xmas rapidly, and printing it is surprisingly quick. Later models of the Magnetic Gift Box will include a recessed magnet on its underside for attaching to fridges, beams, or other magnetic surfaces, perfect for securing keys, geocaches, or any other valuable items within easy reach. Required Parts: - Four 10mmX2mm Rare-Earth magnets made from Nedyrium material. - Super Glue, also known as Crazy Glue. When assembling the box, please ensure you check the magnetic poles before applying any adhesive to avoid creating an ineffective bond between them. Printing Parameters: Print Settings: Printer: RepRap (I2/I3) Raft Usage: No specific settings required Support Materials: Non-essential for this simple design Infill Pattern: A 0.2mm resolution with a honeycomb fill of 30% density. Notes: Despite being an elementary project, the Magnetic Gift Box can be adapted to accommodate PLA and PET materials in addition to ABS due to the flexibility offered by the printer's customizable settings.
