Magnetic Gears

Magnetic Gears

thingiverse

Here's a simple magnetic gear demonstration anyone can make with cheap magnets and skateboard bearings. To replicate this, follow these steps: I utilized a 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2 layer height, 100% infill setting, and no supports. Feel free to adjust the settings as needed, but be aware that lower infill settings may result in more flexibility. This shouldn't be an issue if you're using magnets similar to those I used. The shafts have a snug fit and might require minimal sanding to make it easier to slide the bearings on.
