Human: Magnetic Fingerboard https://youtu.be/zQOSJlBwET4 I'm not an expert in fingerboarding and skating, but I was asked to design a printable model for fun. At first, it was challenging to create a fully functional board out of small, thin parts. I used the tiniest bearings I've ever seen (2 x 6 x 3 mm), equipped with rubber tires cut from a matching tube (6 x 1 mm) for good rolling wheels. My personal highlight is the suspension. I always wanted to use magnetic force for this purpose and it works great. The resistance can be adjusted by adding different magnets (check the YouTube video). But for me, the most fun is to let the board just bounce on the ground. Parts/Teile 1. Board - 1 Piece 89.5 x 6 x 20 mm Add/Anbringen: - 2x Neodymium magnets Ø 4 x 2 mm - 4x Part 2 - Axle bearing/Achslager - Edge to the outside/Ecken zeigen nach außen - 1x Part 4 - Eyelet/Öse 2. Axle bearing/Achslager - 4 Piece 8.8 x 6.2 x 2 mm Its might be necessary to re-drill the middle hole (Ø 3 mm) for a smooth axle movement, depending on print accuracy and squeezing of the first layer. 3. Axle/Achse - 2 Piece 20 x 19.1 x 1.8 mm Add/Anbringen: - 2x Bearing/Lager 692 ZZ - 2 x 6 x 3 mm + rubber tube tire/Gummischlauch Reifen - 1x Neodymium magnet/Neodym Magnet Ø 4 x 2 mm - Equipolar to the magnet in the board 4. Eyelet/Öse - 1 Piece Ø 5.6 x 2 mm I used superglue for all non-releasable connections. Printparameter/Druckparameter Printer/Drucker: Anycubic Kossel Linear Plus Slicer: Cura Material: PLA Temp. Extruder: 200 °C Temp. Bed/Bett: 60 °C Layerheight/Schichthöhe: 0.2 mm Perimeters/Umrissbahnen: 2 Solid Top Bottom Layer/Volle Boden- und Dachschichten: 2 Infill/Fülldichte: 25 % It is possible to print without a support structure, but I recommend it for nicer curves of the board edges. A support angle of 30 ° has no effect on the remaining parts. Except the Board all parts are designed for the minimum possible wall thickness of the Anycubic Kossel: 0.8 mm. There's also a Version with minimum 1.0 mm at the download files which is compatible for printers like my Vellmann K8200 (red Fingerboard). The axles require a different type of bearing: MR63 3 x 6 x 2.5 mm.
