Although heavily inspired by Thingiverse's https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2676627, this design is entirely new, with a FreeCAD file included. Made slightly slimmer than the original to avoid collisions with the z-axis rod while retaining heat sinks. Used 5x1.5mm magnets, which fit perfectly without glue in my case. Of course, you only need two parts - I created another fan holder for a friend as well. Happy 3D printing!
