The E3D version is designed specifically for use with an E3D hotend or a Geeetech all-metal hotend, while the J-Head version has been thoroughly tested to work seamlessly with Genuine J-Head hotends. I utilize the z-probe temporarily for auto-calibration purposes and recommend using these designs in conjunction with my carriage designs if needed. If you require ball studs, I have produced a sufficient quantity, making them available for $1 each. Additionally, I create precisely crafted carbon fiber arms to work harmoniously with these designs. On 2016-02-15, updates were made to include versions for J-Head hotends, add the z-probe feature, and tighten the part securing the hotend. Further updates on 2016-03-28 added a version compatible with Ultibots K250 carriages, ideal for use with 2020 extrusions.
