I designed this custom effector specifically for my Kossel 250 Ultibot, ensuring seamless compatibility with 288mm arms and a 250mm build plate. This effector carefully raises the extruder just high enough to eliminate any obstructions on the edge of the build plate near the Z tower. I currently utilize the E3DV6 hotend, but a version for Jhead will be added once I have time. The extruder body features the Ultibots version with Jhead slot, reflecting my decision to simplify the design by avoiding redesign efforts. Anyone interested in accessing the CAD files is welcome to contact me; they are currently available in CatiaV5 format. In future updates, I plan to recess the hotend into the extruder, but time constraints prevent this at present. Important: A PTFE tube or equivalent is essential for this design's functionality.
