Magnetic Dust Shoe for MPCNC - Increased Clearance (works with DW660, 52mm spindle and 55mm spindle)

This is a remix of the excellent mount from nellson (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2797108), which in turn uses the DW660 mounts from Allted. Credit for the original designs goes to them. This revision raises the attachment point for the dust shoe, allowing the entire length of the endmill to be used without collision. The hose mount is designed to fit a 3/4in PVC pipe, further secured by the upper bracket. Three versions are available for use with the DeWalt DW660: the common 52mm brushed spindles and the 55mm diameter brushless spindles. Print the upper tube clamp, upper mount, lower clamp, and lower mount for whichever tool you're using. You'll also need to print the dust shoe - a single model fits all three versions. The dust shoe attaches to the lower mounts using six magnets (8mm in diameter x 3mm thick). I recommend printing with PETG, achieving at least four perimeters and 40% infill (the parts need to be rigid). PLA also works fine for a while but will wear out sooner due to vibration and heat from the tool. ABS would likely work too, as long as you've dialed in your print settings to minimize shrinking or warping. If you want to switch between the DW660 and a spindle, adapters are available for both the 52mm and 55mm spindles to fit into the DW660 mount (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3371712). Edit 02/13/2019: Versions have been added to work directly with 52mm and 55mm spindles. New upper mounts and clamps have also been included, remixed from Allted's "Burly" 660 mount. Use either both the new pieces or both original pieces - don't mix and match.
